12 months ago I found myself completely run down and burn out. As a busy mum and business owner I was juggling all the things and was stuck in pure survival mode until I crashed. Even though it looked like I was being healthy I was overly stressed, living in a state of fight or flight that caused my body to deposit fat around my mid section and hold onto this puffy layer. Leaving me exhausted, no energy and so incredibly unhappy within myself.

I decided enough was enough + took myself and my husband through my lifestyle program which helps to shift daily habits and reduce stress.

I started the Healthy Motherhood Podcast with the intention to reach more mums all over the world, because this modern motherhood gig is hard, there is no playbook, we are all just figuring it out along the way. The hard part about that is things are different for us compared to other generations and I find that modern mums are putting ourselves, our health and wellness on the back burner trying to do all the things because most of us have never had a mother role model who genuinely took care of herself, prioritised her health… and that’s okay but I want to use this space to help you overcome this modern mum burn out and help you take action to start seeing real results to your energy, your body shape and your enjoyment of motherhood.
