1. Smaller more frequent meals (Think bread and butter size plate)
2. Fresh Ginger
3. Avoid fatty or spicy foods as they slow down digestion + make you feel much worse
4. Stay hydrated (if you need to flavour with diet cordial/ cold tea bag infusion or fresh fruit)
5. Take Advantage of Starchy + Salty Foods - pair with protein especially at breakfast will help to improve your management of your nausea
