2️⃣ Schedule It in Your Calendar: Treat exercise like any other important appointment. Block out dedicated time in your daily or weekly schedule for physical activity. Whether it's early mornings, during nap time, or after the kids' bedtime, make it non-negotiable "me-time."

3️⃣ Involve the Kids: Get creative and involve your little ones in your workouts. Turn playtime into an active adventure by playing tag, dancing, or going for family walks or bike rides. It's a win-win situation—you get to exercise while bonding with your children.
