Beef, Zucchini & Quinoa Burgers
Ingredients:
1 zucchini, grated
400g lean ground beef
185g cooked quinoa
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg, beaten
8 Servings - 55 minutes
Instructions:
Grate and squeeze the zucchini to remove moisture. Mix the zucchini with beef, quinoa, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Form into 8 patties. Cook in a hot, oiled grill pan for 5-6 minutes per side. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
