Meal Prepping has literally changed my life as a busy mum! This has been one of the biggest contributors to reducing my mental load and she was overflowing (imagine not having that same conversation asking everyone what they want for dinner, getting "I don't know" or not helpful answers and having a plan or even having food already cooked)!
It gave me back more quality time with my family to be present, make memories and be less stressed because hello less BIG dishes!
The most beneficial effect it has had on me and my body has been the sustained energy and how now when I eat balanced meals, I don't need to sleep walk to the coffee machine or reach for sugar! I just feel energised and have more mental clarity!

Not only do these breaky muffins taste delicious, they are simple, easy to make and versatile so you don’t get sick of them! My other favourite is that my little boy loves to help make them and I can eat them one handed… if you know, you know mama!

Slow Cooked Chicken Fajita Filling
This Fajita filling is fantastic with burrito bowls, guacamole, corn, beans + corn chips/ rice or quinoa
My favourite is to prep these bowls in the fridge for lunch so I can heat + eat. I just keep some small containers of extras to add on top once heated or make guac fresh - you do you!
Beef, Zucchini and Quinoa Burgers
These burgers are perfectly balance to keep you full + energy stable! Pair with your favourite salad
Chicken Caesar Salad Meal Prep Jars
This is such a simple easy go to in our house for meal preps! Most of the time I cook an entire whole chicken in the air fryer and pull it apart to add to these jars and use the rest for wraps.
